Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
  • Understand and performing full set of accounts and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements. 
  • Co-ordinate and ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and liaison with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and prepare monthly accounts reconciliations, BS and P&L schedules and items reconciliations.
  • Prepare and handle year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years in senior position.
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing construction plans, taking off and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Attend tender interview.
  • Update and monitor development cost and projection cost.
  • Handling progress claim and progress payment.
  • Advising managers on improvements and new strategies.
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Traveling from office to various sites as required.
  • Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors / consultants / suppliers.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or consultant.
  • Responsible for filing and other documentations management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, ie Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform verification on documentation received for loan applications.
  • Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
  • Gather and analyse all financial information received to determine loan eligibility and appropriate loan terms.
  • Conduct risk assessments based on client financial standing and creditworthiness.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the loan application process to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with related parties such as bank officers, lawyers and government bodies.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a loan officer or similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively

Responsibilities
  • To supervise site operation and work progress.
  • To liaise with contractors on the works sequent, quality of work, manpower, material usage and machinery usage.
  • To resolve construction technical matters and problems, discrepancy of drawing.
  • To attend client-consultant meetings and site meetings and sub-con coordination meeting and to prepare monthly report.
  • To monitor and to schedule materials deliver, machinery mobilization and small equipment.
  • To assist Project Manager for preparation of construction program.
  • To liaise with consultants for detailed drawings, specification and variation orders.
  • To prepare correspondence / memorandum to consultants, contractors and suppliers. 
  • To conduct progress claim evaluation with consultant QS and assist in making claims for progress payment.
  • To verify and attend to site progress claim by main contractors and NSCs.
  • To assist in managing and resolving the defective complaints raised by purchasers during Defect Liability Period.
  • To undertake any assignment given by the management from time to time

Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or the equivalent. 
  • Minimum 7 years of full time site supervision experience.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and possess excellent communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up skill, demonstrate ownership to provide practical solutions. 
  • Strong rapport-building skill, and have excellent active listening skill
  • Ability to multitask, details oriented and accurate in recording / handling project information.
