Responsibilities
  • To assist in preparing the monthly / quarterly / annual management financial reports to the Management to ensure subsidiaries’ management reports are prepared accurately and appropriately on time. 
  • To assist in preparing statutory documents for filing with relevant authorities.

Requirements

Project Cost Controller / Project Cost Planner / Contract Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, feasibility study, development cost, and projection cost.
  • Manage and coordinate with various external parties such as architects, engineers, contractors. 
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are kept within approved limits, including forecasting costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • To maintain value chain and ensure up-to-date information on building materials/ cost in order to meet the development quality and budget.
  • To carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management, or related field.
  • Familiar with contract terms and conditions and risks, experience in risk management, compliant with organisation procedure, capable of coping with contract operation independently. 
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, ie Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities
  • This role will be responsible to direct and manage all activities engaged in the project site as designated with emphasis on Planning / Organizing / Control and Co-Ordination of construction related matters to meet project requirements. 

  • To study specifications and plans to establish project organization and staffing, work schedules and procedures, construction programmes and targets.
  • To lead a team to implement projects, award contracts, monitor progress of work and contract cost. 
  • To liaise with appointed consultants to ensure project kicks off and progress smoothly.
  • To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for Management’s review.
