Site Supervisor (Seremban)

Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager in day-to-day site activities
  • Site supervision works and monitoring of site work progress
  • Monitor all site testing works in compliance with contract
  • Prepare work progress report and related site paperwork
  • Liaise with main contractors / nominated sub-contractors / property management team on defects / maintenance works
  • Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by Project Manager
  • Have patience in dealing with clients
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities 
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task
  • Have problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work extended and non-standard working hours when required (Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
  • Independent and a team player

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidates with related working experience at construction site will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work at Bukit Intan, Seremban
  • Valid driving license

Responsibilities
  • Prepare minutes meeting (Project Team & Land Matters)
  • To attend meetings that have involvement 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meeting and etc 
  • Manage schedule and appointment for Project Managers
  • Prepare documents / letter for submission to authority / consultants or others
  • Reply letter to authority / consultants / contractors
  • Data entry of progress report checklist monthly
  • Liaison with purchasers and contractors on the requests of omission / additional items  
  • Perform other duties assigned by Project Managers

  • Creative development of social media original artwork / photography and videography to support brand content strategies.

Finance Executive

Responsibilities
  • To coordinate and assist in the risk assessment, review and action planning processes for the Group with a focus on the identification of the key risk exposures and mitigating action plans;
  • To review and monitor the risk action plans on a regular basis through communication with the various risk owners;
  • To review the effectiveness of existing risk management policies/methodologies and recommend relevant changes;
  • To conduct regular corruption risk assessments and ensure that risk control measures are put in place in line with the Group Anti-Bribery Corruption policy;
  • To prepare and update Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reports to the Risk Management Committee on a quarterly basis;
  • To coordinate, collate, check and review all data provided from all divisions for Sustainability Reporting (“SR”) for Annual report;
  • To undertake analysis of trends, targets and prepare charts and presentations to the Risk Management Committee on a quarterly basis and for inclusion in SR report in year end;
  • To assist in drafting relevant sections of the SR based on the various initiatives conducted by the various divisions over the year;
  • To assist in preparing Bursa announcements, circulars, press releases, Chairman and MDMA statements, compute percentage ratios in relation to quarterly reports and also for corporate transactions;
  • To coordinate with advisers on amendments and drafting of documents; 
  • To prepare financial analysis and presentations to Analysts, shareholders for AGM, EGM and other analyst presentations; 
  • To prepare presentations to Analyst, Investors, Shareholders and Board;
  • To coordinate and follow up with outstanding or open items related to areas highlighted by the Internal Auditor. Follow up with persons in charge and ensure that outstanding items are closed;
  • To assist in preparing new or updating existing policies to strengthen overall corporate governance;
  • To perform other special projects or ad hoc assignments assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • A recognize professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA or Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance, banking or corporate planning/development in a public listed company will be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong & effective communication, collaboration and analytical skills with enquiring mindset.
  • Strong financial modelling experience, problem solving, analytical and financial management skills.
  • Good organization on follow up actions or execution.
  • Ability to work independently and strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication with colleagues and sound problem-solving skills.

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
  • Understand and performing full set of accounts and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements. 
  • Co-ordinate and ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and liaison with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and prepare monthly accounts reconciliations, BS and P&L schedules and items reconciliations.
  • Prepare and handle year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years in senior position.
