Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager in day-to-day site activities
  • Site supervision works and monitoring of site work progress
  • Monitor all site testing works in compliance with contract
  • Prepare work progress report and related site paperwork
  • Liaise with main contractors / nominated sub-contractors / property management team on defects / maintenance works
  • Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by Project Manager
  • Have patience in dealing with clients
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities 
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task
  • Have problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work extended and non-standard working hours when required (Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
  • Independent and a team player

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidates with related working experience at construction site will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work at Bukit Intan, Seremban
  • Valid driving license

  • Assist in general office duties including making copies, scanning documents and mailing.

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities
  • Understand and performing full set of accounts and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in compliance with audit, taxation and statutory requirements. 
  • Co-ordinate and ensure timely, accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and liaison with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and prepare monthly accounts reconciliations, BS and P&L schedules and items reconciliations.
  • Prepare and handle year-end audit and tax schedules as required.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years in senior position.
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrate integrity, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Candidates who have similar job functions and the potential of taking up such responsibilities are also encouraged to apply.
  • Multi tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Good understanding of Accounting Principles.
