RULES AND REGULATION OF THE ECO-VAGANZA CAMPAIGN FOR SELECTED PROJECTS UNDER TELADAN GROUP BERHAD

1. The Eco-vaganza Campaign is open to all purchasers who successfully purchase any residential, commercial or industrial unit under TELADAN Group Berhad, its subsidiaries & associated companies (“TELADAN”) and sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) within the Campaign Period, 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.
2. The campaign consists of the following prizes:
   • Grand prize:
     • Option A: 1 unit of iCAUR V23 2WD, or
     • Option B: Cash prize of RM100,000.00.
   • Second prize:
     • Option A: 1 unit of Proton e.MAS 5 Prime, or
     • Option B: Cash prize of RM50,000.00
   • Consolation prize:
     • 30 units of consumer electronics and household electrical appliances
3. For the Grand prize and Second prize, the winner shall be entitled to select either Option A or Option B only. Winners are strictly entitled to one (1) prize option only, being either Option A or Option B, and no combination of options shall be permitted. Once the option has been selected and confirmed, the choice is final, irrevocable, and non-transferable.
4. The following categories of units are strictly excluded from this Campaign, and purchasers of these units are NOT eligible to participate in the Eco-vaganza Campaign:
   1. Rumah Mampu Milik (RMM) units
   2. Low Cost (Kos Rendah) units
   3. Medium-Low Cost (Kos Sederhana Rendah) units
   4. Any other government-regulated affordable housing categories or similar schemes
   5. Any units sold under special government housing initiatives, quotas, or price-controlled programmes, regardless of project.
5. Purchasers who buy units under the above categories are not entitled to participate in the Eco-vaganza Campaign and will not qualify for the campaign’s Lucky Draw.
6. During the Prize Draw, the lowest prize will be drawn first in ascending order, that is from the consolation prizes to the Second prize, to finally the Grand prize. Each official entry form is only eligible to win one prize.
7. The cars do not come with insurance, road tax and registration fees.
8. TELADAN Group Berhad reserves the right to replace the illustrated prizes with another prize, of equal or approximately similar value, at their sole discretion without prior notice to the Purchasers. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash and cannot set-off against the purchase price of the property.
9. All eligible Purchasers shall be given an official entry form upon:
   1. Execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement; and
   2. Paid up 20% of the purchase price, or the difference between the purchase price and the loan sum, whichever is lesser
10. Any eligible Purchasers or the Winner shall be disqualified from participating in the Eco-vaganza campaign and/or claiming the prize(s) for the following reasons:
    1. If the loan documents are not executed before the date of the Draw, as the case maybe, for a Purchaser who obtains a loan; or
    2. If the purchaser breaches or continue to breach any terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and/or the loan documents
    3. If any of the cheques paid to TELADAN Group Berhad, its subsidiaries & associated companies, by the Purchaser is dishonoured at any time before the prize is claimed; or
    4. If the Purchaser decides to transfer, assign or dispose the property to any third party at any time before he/she claims his/her prize; or
    5. If the official form carries more than one Purchaser’s name or is incomplete, illegible and/or disfigured.
11. All disqualified Purchasers shall be excluded from further participating in the Eco-vaganza campaign.
12. In the event the Winner of the cars (Grand & Second Prize) is disqualified for any reason whatsoever, TELADAN reserves the right to hold a re-draw for the affected prize.
    1. For cash Purchasers, the Winner is entitled to claim his/her prize upon TELADAN receiving more than 50% of the purchase price from the Winner under the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
    2. For the Purchaser who obtains a loan, the winner shall be entitled to claim his/her prize when he/she has settled the difference between the purchase price and the loan sum together with all other payments due from the Purchaser to TELADAN under the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the property must be charged to his/her end-financier. Should the Winner fail to make the full payment of the purchase price, TELADAN reserves the right to claim the full cost of the prize from the Winner.
    3. Delivery of the prizes shall take place at a time to be announced in due course.
13. Purchasers are entitled to only one official entry form for each property purchased.
14. In the event that the property is purchased by two or more joint purchasers, the Purchasers must select only one name for the purpose of the Eco-vaganza campaign. TELADAN shall only accept official entry forms with one Purchaser’s name.
15. The campaign is open to all eligible Purchasers who are Malaysian, except staff of TELADAN Group Berhad, its subsidiaries and associated companies, as well as their spouse and children, who may be purchasers of the participating projects.
16. Eligible Purchasers will be notified of the Draw date by post or via advertisement in social media platforms or newspaper, and they will be invited to witness the Draw.
17. All decisions concerning the Draw shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence and appeals shall be entertained.
18. To be eligible to win any prize, eligible purchasers must attend the prize draw event in person or appoint a representative in advance to attend on their behalf. Only attendees present at the time of the draw shall be eligible to win; non-attendance will result in disqualification.
19. It shall be the responsibility of all eligible Purchasers to inform TELADAN in writing, of any change of address or contact number for purpose of notification.
20. TELADAN reserves the right to use the photograph of; or images of all winners for publicity or any promotional materials. The names of all winners may be published in newspaper or in TELADAN’s social media channels.
21. In the event that the Winner is unable to claim the prize by reason of death, or any reason whatsoever, TELADAN reserves the right to give the prize to the successors-in-title, heirs and assigns of the Winner.
22. By participating in this campaign, eligible Purchasers agree to be bound by the official Rules & Regulations and decisions of TELADAN.
23. TELADAN may amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign without prior notice.
